Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FruitDrama AI handles information when you visit fruitdramaai.com or create a video. For privacy questions, contact [email protected] and identify the request as relating to FruitDrama AI.
1. Information we process
When you generate a video, we process your text prompt and selected video settings. We keep limited task records: a request ID, provider task ID, status, timestamps, and cryptographic hashes used to recognize your session, prevent duplicate requests and enforce usage limits. Your IP address is processed by our hosting infrastructure and converted into a keyed hash for these task records. We do not require an account or payment details in this release.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to create and deliver your video, let you check its status, prevent duplicate submissions, troubleshoot errors and protect the service from misuse. If you email us, we use your email address and message to respond and resolve your request.
3. Service providers
We send your prompt and video settings to WaveSpeed AI, our video generation provider. Hosting and database providers process the data needed to run the site and store task records. These providers may operate in countries outside your own. Their processing is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies. Please avoid entering confidential information or personal information about yourself or others in a prompt.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We use an essential, signed session cookie to associate tasks with your browser. It lasts for up to 30 days and is not an advertising cookie. Your browser also stores your draft prompt and the current task reference so you can recover from a page refresh. You can remove this data in your browser settings; doing so may prevent you from returning to a previous task. We do not currently use advertising pixels or optional analytics tools.
5. Storage and retention
We do not save the plain text of your prompt in our task database. It is sent to the video provider to fulfill your request. Task metadata older than 30 days is removed when a new generation request is processed; it may remain longer during periods without new requests. Generated videos are hosted temporarily by the provider; provider retention and file expiration may differ. Download any video you want to keep. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to address your inquiry and meet applicable legal obligations.
6. Sharing and security
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers as necessary to operate the service, or when required by law. Task access is restricted to the browser session that created it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can clear local browser data, stop using the service, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. Include your FruitDrama AI request ID when possible so we can locate the relevant record. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children and updates
The service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date appears above.
