Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FruitDrama AI at fruitdramaai.com. By using the website or submitting a generation request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
FruitDrama AI turns text prompts into AI-generated video using a third-party video model. Output quality, processing time and availability vary. AI can make mistakes and may not follow every detail in a prompt. Sample videos illustrate possible results, rather than a guarantee of what your request will produce.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your local law. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to your use. Our family-friendly sample content does not mean the service is directed at children under 13.
3. Your prompts and outputs
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for your prompts and for how you use or share the resulting videos. You retain any rights you have in your input. You authorize us and our video service provider to process that input to fulfill your request. AI outputs may not be unique, copyrightable or free of third-party rights; review them before publishing or using them commercially.
4. Acceptable use
Do not generate illegal, exploitative, sexual, hateful, threatening or deceptive content, or content that violates someone else’s privacy or intellectual property. Do not attempt to expose credentials, access another visitor’s tasks, bypass usage limits or disrupt the service. We may decline or restrict requests that violate these terms or our provider’s requirements.
5. Availability and limits
Generation is subject to capacity and usage limits. We may pause or change the service. Do not repeatedly submit a request when its status is uncertain; contact support with the request ID. Download results you want to keep, since provider-hosted files may expire and there is no permanent video library.
6. Payments
We are not currently selling subscriptions or credit packs. Buttons marked “Coming soon” do not create an order or collect payment. Future paid offers will state their prices and terms before purchase. See our Refund Policy.
7. Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted access, specific output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
