No payments are collected in this release
FruitDrama AI does not currently sell subscriptions, credit packs or paid video generation. Purchase buttons marked “Coming soon” do not initiate checkout, create an order or collect payment. There are therefore no FruitDrama AI purchases to refund at this stage.
Generation problems
If a video fails, takes unusually long, or a submission cannot be confirmed, contact us with the request ID. An uncertain request should not be submitted repeatedly. Service usage allowances have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
If you believe you were charged
Email [email protected] with “FruitDrama AI” in the subject, the date, amount and payment reference. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. We will investigate whether the charge relates to this service.
Future paid services
If we launch paid services, we will publish the applicable pricing and refund terms before accepting payment. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
